Mud volleyball tournament benefiting Habitat for Humanity Charlotte.
The tournament is in it’s 5th year with an expected 100 teams participating. Last year we had 73 teams and raised over $15,000 for Habitat through company sponsorships, team registrations, and beer and food sales. The Habitat Young Professionals group has organized and run the tournament for the past 3 years, and we are hoping to make this year the best so far. Also, I work for Pease Engineering & Architecture. I’m not sure if you know anyone at the firm, but we had a blast last year and are definitely in for a team and sponsorship this year.
The tournament will be Sunday, June 5 starting at 1pm at the Metrolina Expo Center off Statesville Road in Charlotte. Our tournament website www.habitatmudvolleyball.org has more specific information including past years photos, pricing and other team information.
